NUMUTU, New Music Tuesday - Tuesday, September 19
So yea, it's Tuesday and yes, finally my internet connection seems to be a bit more stable than it has over the past few months. I feel like I've been connecting through a straw until late. So now that I have a decent upload speed I wanted to share a couple of tracks I've been listening to recently. Back on the music tip, about to start playing out again after a pretty long time not. My 'live' stuff is mostly drum n bass. For this Tuesday little sharing thing I've got some nice chilled-out beats to listen to. First, Jimmy Edgar, Inner Citee Color Reprise, a little funked up in spots and totally winds down in the end, careful. Also, Afterlife, Breather 2000, beautiful mesmermizing vocals with a great bassline and more. Enjoy.
Experience 'Now' - Monday, September 11
I have always believed in signs. When I was young I was taught to trust myself, do as I 'felt' while learning to follow my instincts. Today, as I reflect upon where I am now, this trust in signs has been a cornerstone to what I have achieved and am currently achieving. As I push myself everyday to live in the present and experience the 'now', I've found an amazing sense of clarity and realization of what it means to 'enjoy life'. Obviously the past has shaped my experience in this world and will forever hold a place in my memory. I've trained myself to keep a large part of my accumulated knowledge clear - for new things to enter my life and allow fresh energy to flow. In turn, allowing myself to be guided by this energy.

I also totally believe the way to predict the future, is to create it. Therefore, every evening and morning I take time aside to allow this flow of energy to guide my visualizations.

Nomadic, is probably the best way to describe my childhood. Today I still relate very much with this way of life. Nomadic people believe - in order to live fully, it is necessary to be in constant movement; each day being different from the last. In our modern world it is difficult to spend our whole lives travelling physically, but there's always the spiritual plane. Going farther and farther, distancing ourselves from our daily regime, allowing us to release our 'control' over our physical world, continue to travel and nurture growth + happiness.

Life has been very good to me, just wanted to share a few thoughts as I turn again to experience the flow of this energy and 'live'.
SF Attack
Friday night was the night. San Francisco was the place. One to place straight into the memory bank, not soon to be forgotten. It started at a great restaurant by the name of B44 on Belding Lane, where I was accompanied by some of the most beautiful people on this planet. I could have sat around the table and chatted all evening. INspiring to say the least. Next stop, Tunnel Top, cool little wrap around bar with a fabulous upstairs where everyone could get intimate and away from the buzz of Friday night. Ruby Sky, just a few blocks away providing some sweet tunes and a chance to get our groove on. After a bit we switched up the scene and headed to North Beach and hit up V Bar. A bit more dancing and some 'shots' that will go right down in the history books. Last stop for one more DJ set was over at the EndUp, an SF classic. The evening finally wound down and around 6am I pulled the Passat into its final resting place. Home.

Everyone, and you all know who. Thank you. An amazing Friday. A blissful night shared among the loveliest around. Looking forward to more nightly adventures with the crew. It's all about working hard and for sure, playing hard. Until then...

Hot weather, hot (meaning spicy) food, hot (meaning super-cool) cars and definitely hot bodies. So yea, this weekend was a combination of all things hot. Made for a perfect amount of chilln. Feeln totally relaxed and ready to start a four-day week of crankn some serious creative. So, gettn to it now.
Kanga's Birthday - Sunday, September 3
So yea, some big news this weekend. Kanga's day. I heard from Ani telling me that they went swimming at Oxbow Park up near Portland. Nice hot day on Friday, forcing everyone to seek cooler ground. As you may know, Kanga is a Rhodesian Ridgeback. Her kind comes from the deserts and high plains of Africa. The breed came about through the breeding of African wild dogs and German hunting dogs. Anyways, she loves sand, especially desert sand. But I know she'll make due with any sand she comes across. Even though she's spent most of her life in Oregon, I think there's something in her DNA that connects her with the desert, her ancestors and that amazing feeling of being 'home'. Send some love her way, it's her birthday!!
More of what's new.
