It's snowing in Portland. So for all you non-believers, look out your window. You see those puffy white flakes falling from the sky, yea, that's snow. Snow in Portland. So, to confirm, yes it snows in PTown. Prior to arriving here, everyone was telling me that it never snows in Portland, only on Mt. Hood. But for the past few winters it has definitely dumped the winter powder at least once. Brrrr, and I thought spring was coming......
