GEOart - Monday, January 30
Bernhard Edmaier, some seriously sexy aerial photography. I would love to check out his yearly travel plans. He's not only been to some truly amazing places on this planet, but he's also created some beautiful works of each location. His work comments on both the science and art level. These pictures tell us in a special way, the power of nature and of the transience of time…
End of the Holidays
Yea, I think for most everyone else, the holidays ending almost a month ago. But for me, the holidays are finally coming to a clsoe after this weekend's Chinese New Year celebration. The month of January, for the most part, is always filled with holidays, so this being the final days of January, the holidays are officially over now. So far this year has been filled with tons of work and little sleep thus far. Client work is taking time away from finally getting to edit my photographs from my trip to Mexico. Lots more imagery to come...
Pacific Sunsets - Wednesday, January 11
Ahh, I'm remembering now the warm glow of the sun over of the ocean just before sunset. Sitting outside in the warm afternoon enjoying a cold cerveza, Dos Equis, my official beer of Mexico. There's nothing quite like watching our sun seemingly drop into the ocean after a beautiful day of heat and light. The simplicity of life while on holiday. I had the best time in Puerto Escondido, Mexico and was truly difficult to imagine coming home to Portland. I'm totally on this trip to find a warm climate in which to live, for at least 6months a year. Life near the ocean, living in shorts and sandals is just too good to miss. Just imported my travel photos and will be posting them shortly. Hasta.
Everything New - Wednesday, January 4
Happy 2006. I was thinking this is going to be the year of NEW, lots of changes going to be happening and as they all unfold I'll be sure to share. 05 was so last year. Looking forward to what this year has in store. Next up, my birthday on the 13th and the true beginning of my new year.
More of what's new.
