Coming up on the 12th September (this month) we (
SmartMonkey Foods) will be teaching an UnCooking Class at Whole Foods Market in Portland. Towards the end of the month we will be having our last 'Italian in the Raw' event at Hogan's Goat Pizza in the Pearl, 520 NW 12th Street . Hogan's Goat will be closing their doors the first day of October so we will be wishing them luck and be looking to move our events to a new location.
If you know of any restaurants willing to participate in our raw events we'd love to hear more. One last mention - SmartMonkey Foods - Raw Cosmic Herb Dressing is now available at Whole Foods Market in Portland (in the Pearl, 12th St and Couch).
Such as all great things; there comes an end. I return now from a week of pure bliss!! A week of connecting with others on a similiar path. The International Raw and Living Foods Festival, celebrated near Portland, Oregon every year. I did experience happiness in its most pure form. I am thankful for the new people who have entered my life. I hope to carry this 'high' until we all cross paths again.

Portland Rock Gym is building at a new location, soon to have 2 locations in SE Portland. I haven't yet made it to their current location, but from the photos and other people's comments it's a great place.
