One quick announcement to keep in mind. SmartMonkey Foods will be having a living rawfoods class on Sunday the 23rd of February 12noon to 2.30pm. Ani and Ede will be demonstrating how to prepare a 4course meal, give the basics of creating rawfood dishes and more insight into this organic living foods lifestyle. This will take place in Portland, Oregon at the downtown Whole Foods. Please contact SmartMonkey Foods for more info.
