Are you ready to touch the future?? If I haven't told you before, I have a serious watch fetish, a love for the jewelery and function of wrist-wise timepieces. Tissot has recently released this beauty, the
T-Touch. Much more that a beautiful mobile timekeeper, it boasts a touch screen with features such as altimeter, chrono, compass, alarm and thermo. Amazingly versatile and with a nice touch of class.

Enjoyed Steven Spielberg's latest sci-fi specimen:
Minority Report. A celebration of the pursuit of life, liberty and happiness. A story line that forces us to consider the most un-American propostion that the individual may have to sacrifice himself for the system to survive. A collection of amazing special effects with beautifully rendered scenes of the future, a gilmpse into pre-cognitive technology and the future of criminal prisons. Take a plunge into this masterpiece of high-tech information overload and realize just how far technology can take us.
Moving into week three of my recent 21day detox. Last week I was only intaking blended meals of Energy Soup, basically made up of kale, celery, garlic, miso, lemon juice, jalapeno, water, sprouts and Dr. Greens (a supplement). This week I'm starting out with a three-day water fast, yep, water, water and more water for three days. Up to this point I've noticed an increase in life-energy, my skin has been glowing and I feel much cleaner and clearer. It's extremely astounding how little food we all actually need to function. The goal of my detox is to clean my body's intestines to allow more efficient and increased absorption of the nutrients from the food I eat on a daily basis, creating less waste and obtain a higher degree of life-energy. As you all may know from reading in the inspirations section I am a vegan raw food chef, which in itself is a very instense healthy lifestyle, but it is still necessary to give the body a rest every now and again. For more info on this detox, see John Wood and Dr. D's web site,
21Day Detox.
