Up lately on the
Drum&BassArena, another killer set from the one they call the Drum&Bass President,
Andy C; but please, does there always have to be some annoying MC on the recorded track?? It is an amazing set.
Dieselboy, PROJECT HUMAN, is now out. Haven't caught a copy yet, but i'm assuming it's pretty hot!! Will put a final word out after i've actually heard it. Also, i've been listening to
Nitin Sawhney, PROPHESY. Pretty good album, it does have some amazing tracks and it also has a couple tracks that are a bit too - not enough.

Heading to Joshua Tree for a few days coming up. 4days of climbing, hiking, relaxing under the stars and breathing the sweet desert air. Photographs are a definite yes and also will be staying in Desert Hot Springs. To get back into the climbing spirit, check out this indoor rock climbing gym:

The Southern California Institute of Architecture (
SCI-Arc) will present ten lectures in its spring series "Transformations." In the series, which began in fall, lecturers speak about the power of architecture and design to transform space, time, and materials. These lectures are open to the public at no charge, and free parking is available. Lectures begin at 7:30 on Wednesday evenings. I'm checking this out tonight, March 20 Jeffrey Kipnis - Curator of Architecture, Wexner Center for the Arts Professor, School of Architecture, Ohio State University.
Style-o-rama, coming up today to a runway in Los Angeles. This fashion show is part of a global effort to support the Rainforest Action Network (
ran.org). Some great music by Juan Atkins (om-records) and Dj Mea (funky techno tribe), plus more.

OrdinaryKids have got some excellent designers working with them and they are anything 'but' ordinary. Very unique and easy to understand navigation on their site. Tons of content as well. Very nice.

Last night was a huge success. Lots of excellent people showed up to enjoy an evening of raw food, good music and a chance to all catch up. Thanks to everyone for coming, we had an excellent night and look forward to the next event!!
